By downloading or using VisiMouse, you agree to the terms below. They are written in plain English on purpose — read them.

1. License

The free trial is licensed for personal and commercial use, on as many machines as you want, indefinitely. Pro is licensed per person: one purchase activates VisiMouse on the buyer's personal machines.

2. What you may not do

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or repackage the application for redistribution.
• Resell, sublicense, or bundle VisiMouse with another product without written permission.
• Use VisiMouse to violate the terms of service of any game or platform you connect it to.

3. Anti-cheat

VisiMouse is built as a passive system overlay. It does not read or modify game memory, does not inject code into game processes, and does not interact with any anti-cheat system. We test major anti-cheat solutions regularly. Even so, you use VisiMouse with online games at your own discretion — we cannot guarantee how an individual publisher will treat any third-party software.

4. Refunds

Because the trial is fully functional, we expect you to evaluate the product before purchasing. Even so, if Pro doesn't work for you, write to support@visimouse.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you.

5. Warranty & liability

VisiMouse is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

6. Changes

If these terms change, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page will change. Material changes will also be announced on the site.
